## How it works
1. **Hearing evaluation**: A free audiometric screening and a video otoscopic exam so you can see inside your own ear. Sometimes the answer is simply earwax.
2. **Consultation**: We walk through what your results mean and which styles suit your loss, your dexterity and your budget. No pressure to decide that day.
3. **Impression and fitting**: Custom ear impressions taken in house, then the instrument is programmed to your specific loss.
4. **Follow up**: You come back and we adjust. Real world listening is what tunes a hearing aid, not the first appointment.

### How long is the trial period?
45 days. If the instrument is not right for you, you are not stuck with it.

### Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna and Medi-Cal, and we participate with Workers Compensation programs and most PPOs. If you are not insured, we offer flexible monthly payment plans and CareCredit.
