Before anything is sold, we find out what is actually going on. That means an audiometric hearing screening, a video otoscopic exam where you watch the inside of your own ear canal on a monitor, and a straight conversation about the results. Sometimes the finding is excess earwax rather than hearing loss, and we will tell you that. All three of these are free.
